What We Pour

Our menu pairs vivid matcha and thoughtful espresso with cloud cream, fruit layers, dessert-inspired finishes, and seasonal edible flowers. Each cup is assembled to order, with balance and texture taking priority over spectacle—even though the final pour is worth watching.
